Iran is prepared to resume atomic talks with Washington provided that it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared exclusively dialogue was effective, and revealed recent overtures had come from mediators to resume discussions with the American leadership. He said Iran did not have unreported enrichment locations, and Iran could not yet permit the International Atomic Energy Agency to access attacked atomic facilities for protective measures.

Walking a Challenging Course

Araghchi is navigating a complex path since Iran does not want appear to be operating from a position of weakness, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had come out more powerful defensively and psychologically from the Israeli-US attack on its atomic facilities in June.
